AGCO in Brazil is seeking a Senior Engineer Technical Support for Crop Care Planters. This onsite role maintains and improves product configuration for Planters and Tillage equipment within JDE and SAP, ensuring compatibility of features and alignment with engineering, marketing and NPI requirements.

You will support reliable order processing, configuration quality, and cross-functional adoption of configuration standards, resolve issues, and coordinate ECNs with data accuracy and change control.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and enhance JDE and SAP configurators, including rules, characteristics, variant tables, and product structures for Beloit products.
• Resolve configuration issues impacting order entry and ensure alignment with product releases and engineering changes.
• Support pre-series orders and apply variant configuration updates to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate configuration effective dates with Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) ensuring data accuracy and change control.
• Audit sales order configurations against planned orders to ensure consistency and manufacturing readiness.

Job Summary

Maintains and improves product configuration for Planters and Tillage equipment in the JDE/SAP systems. The role ensures that JDE and SAP configurators accurately allow compatible product features, prevent incompatible combinations, and remain aligned with engineering, marketing, operations and new product introduction requirements. The position supports reliable order processing, configuration quality, process efficiency, and cross-functional adoption of configuration standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance JDE and SAP product configurators, including configuration rules, characteristics, variant tables, and product structures for Beloit products.
• Resolve configuration issues impacting order entry and ensure system setups remain aligned with product releases and engineering changes.
