AGCO Corporation in Canoas, Brazil seeks a Design Engineer JR to develop engineering projects for production release, ensuring performance, durability and serviceability.

You will lead new product development, perform technical analysis, and manage design documentation, while collaborating with manufacturing, quality and supplier teams to meet schedule and budget targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in GD&T and design validation methods.
• Experience with DFMEA and DVP&R processes.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Experience with 3D CAD tools such as CREO is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of new products and technologies.
• Design and implement engineering solutions with calculations and analysis.
• Create, review, and release 3D CAD models and 2D drawings.
• Coordinate production release documentation and testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, manufacturing, quality, sales, and suppliers.

Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to act as Design Engineer JR on development of engineering projects for release to production in a manner to ensure products provide superior performance, durability, quality and serviceability.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development and Engineering Solutions
• Lead the development of new products and technologies.
• Design and implement engineering solutions, including technical calculations and analysis.
• Project and Quality Management
• Ensure technical excellence while delivering projects on schedule and within budget targets.
• Apply engineering and quality methodologies and tools, including DVPR, DFMEA, 8D, and Design Quality Reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with customers, manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, and supplier teams.
• Product Design and Release
• Create, review, and release 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings.
• Prepare and maintain production release documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Prototype Development, Testing, and Validation
• Support prototype sourcing, acquisition, and assembly activities.
• Coordinate and monitor laboratory and field testing to validate product performance and reliability.

Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline).
• GD&T;
• DFMEA 4th ;
• DVP&R;
• Intermediate in English language;
• 3D CAD Software ( desirable: CREO);
