AGCO seeks a Senior Analyst, Infrastructure FinOps to manage financial planning, budgets, and procurement across on-premises and cloud services in a global context. You will collaborate with Infrastructure Leadership, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and suppliers to ensure governance and measurable value realization.

The role is based in a hybrid model in Canoas/RS, requiring strong English, SAP Ariba experience, and cost optimization focus.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in IT Financial Management, FinOps, Vendor Management, Procurement, Technology Portfolio Management, or IT Business Operations.
• Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial governance, and cost optimization.
• Experience managing technology contracts, vendor renewals, procurement processes, and supplier engagements in global environments.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing purchase requisitions in SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.
• Advanced English communication skills for collaboration with Finance, Procurement, Infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage infrastructure budgets, CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, financial reporting, and spending controls.
• Identify savings opportunities across cloud, software, hardware, telecom, and services, and support cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee vendor contracts end to end, including renewal tracking and timely execution.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders on negotiations, supplier evaluations, RFPs, contract consolidation, and performance management.
• Handle SAP Ariba requisitions, purchase orders, invoice validation, and payment processes to maintain compliance and budget control.

About the Role

The Senior Analyst, Infrastructure FinOps supports AGCO’s global Advanced Infrastructure organization by managing the financial and procurement activities tied to on-premises and cloud services. The role exists to strengthen governance across budgets, forecasts, vendor contracts, renewals, and cost control. This position works closely with Infrastructure Leadership, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and strategic suppliers to support accurate CAPEX/OPEX planning, compliant purchasing, timely renewals, and measurable value realization. The role is based in a hybrid model in Canoas/RS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure budgets, CAPEX/OPEX forecasts, financial reporting, and spending controls.
