A Visa busca um Consultor Sr. de Sucesso do Cliente para um papel que demanda experiência em soluções de pagamento e habilidades excepcionais de comunicação. Este consultor atuará como um especialista em iniciação de pagamentos, encarregado de implementar e otimizar novas capacidades para os clientes no mercado brasileiro, garantindo a implementação bem-sucedida de soluções. Com um foco em Open Finance, o candidato ideal terá uma sólida formação técnica e será um solucionador de problemas eficaz.

Qualificações

  • 5+ anos de experiência com diploma de bacharel ou 2+ anos com um diploma avançado.
  • Fortes habilidades analíticas e de resolução de problemas.
  • Experiência anterior em suporte de produção e coordenação de projetos é desejada.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoiar a adoção de produtos de pagamento para novos clientes.
  • Atuar como o principal contato técnico para os clientes.
  • Contribuir para a definição dos artefatos de implementação e modelo operacional.

Job Description

The Sr Consultant, Client Success & Service Experience is a client-facing, individual contributor role serving as a payment initiation subject matter expert. This role will be

The Consultant enables new client capabilities, promotes product adoption and optimizes client performance. The role requires a high level of technical proficiency to succeed by supporting clients with complex problems and optimization opportunities.

This role will act as client enablement, supporting customers adopting payment initiation products in the Brazilian market, working to define, shape, and implement technical projects, addressing business challenges for successful enablement and launch.

This role is part of the Open Finance solutions initiative, which will rely on your creativity and developer acumen to fix and solve our customer’s business challenges, customizing robust solutions using the breadth and depth of the payment initiation solutions portfolio. Acts as the primary technical liaison for merchants (and other companies like technology providers), acquirers and issuers, managing service implementation, assisting clients in production, ensuring optimal functioning and resolving related issues.

Responsibilities include contributing to definition of the implementation artifacts and the operational model, informing stakeholders of product enhancements and managing complex initiatives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD or MD)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Prior experience in Open Finance / Open Banking services / Instance payment solutions.
  • Experienced with APIs in general (REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, Postman as tool).
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated technical and self-learner aptitude.
  • Previous experience with project coordination / management and production support is desired.

  • Exhibit advanced leadership, planning and organizational skills.
  • Able to set priorities, influence others, and manage expectations.
  • Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to achieve results as part of an effective team, effectively prioritize and multi-task under deadlines
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical information and apply it to business solutions in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues with problem-solving abilities and providing effective solutions.
  • Significant & active experience working as a sales engineer or software engineer in a technical and commercial environment.
  • Experience of cross functional collaboration between technical, service delivery, support & commercial facing teams.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of intermediary level of programming & scripting skills (Java, PHP, C++/.NET, HTML etc.).
  • Knowledge of data visualization platforms (Grafana, Splunk, Kibana).
