Bring IT is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Brazil to work on integration and automation projects across LATAM. The ideal candidate will bridge pre-sales and solution delivery, with experience in integration consulting, iPaaS solutions, and ERP systems. Responsibilities include leading technical conversations, delivering product demonstrations, designing integration architectures, and coordinating UAT. Candidates must be fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and a degree in a relevant field is preferred.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly motivated Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between pre-sales and solution delivery for integration and automation projects across LATAM. This role combines technical consulting, client‑facing solution design, and implementation leadership to support organizations leveraging Celigo iPaaS and related technologies.

The ideal candidate has experience in integration consulting, iPaaS solutions, APIs, ERP ecosystems, and technology services environments, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical discovery conversations to understand client business processes, integration challenges, and automation goals
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and present solution recommendations aligned with client needs
• Design integration architectures, workflows, and system connectivity strategies using Celigo or similar iPaaS platforms
• Create functional specifications, field mappings, transformation logic, and technical documentation for implementation teams
• Act as the primary functional advisor between clients and development teams during project execution
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenarios, defect tracking, and validation processes
• Support implementations through deployment, go-live, and post‑launch hypercare activities
• Train and educate clients on platform capabilities, best practices, and integration management
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, and Support teams to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for platform expansion, additional integrations, and long‑term customer growth

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Knowledge

• Proven experience in integration consulting, solutions consulting, or iPaaS implementation environments
• Hands‑on experience with Celigo, NetSuite, APIs, ERP systems, or similar integration technologies strongly preferred
• Experience designing integration workflows, field mappings, and automation processes
• Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, APIs, and business process automation

Skills

• Strong client‑facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Experience creating functional and technical documentation
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilitiesExperience facilitating UAT and supporting implementation delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast‑paced environments
