You will work with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to modernize integration platforms, drive operational excellence, and support enterprise-scale environments across LATAM.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Integration Platform Engineering or related roles.
• Experience leading complex migrations, upgrades, or production cutovers.
• Experience creating runbooks and standard operating procedures.
• Hands-on with Boomi or comparable iPaaS.
• B2B integration tech knowledge: EDI, AS2, SFTP.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management.

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to lead complex platform modernization initiatives while supporting mission-critical integration platforms and operational processes. This role combines technical project delivery with hands-on platform administration, ensuring reliable integration services, successful platform migrations, and continuous operational improvement.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in platform operations, integration technologies, Linux administration, and technical project coordination. You will work closely with engineering teams, infrastructure specialists, offshore operations, and business stakeholders to modernize integration platforms, improve operational excellence, and support enterprise-scale integration environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Integration Platform Engineering or related roles.

• Proven experience leading complex technical migrations, platform upgrades, or production cutovers.

• Strong experience creating operational documentation, runbooks, and standardised operational procedures.

• Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platforms such as Boomi or another comparable iPaaS solution.

• Solid understanding of B2B integration technologies, such as:

• EDI

• AS2

• SFTP

• Strong Linux administration skills.

• Strong Experience with migrations inside integration environments.

• Experience with Bash scripting.

• Python scripting experience preferred or willigness to learn.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical initiatives involving infrastructure and application teams.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have Skills

• Boomi certification.

• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.

• Experience administering Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms, preferably Fortra GoAnywhere MFT.

• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or 3PL environments.
