Support sales in engaging with customers to articulate prospective business solutions and value propositions addressing main challenges related to Critical Energy & Cooling Services Business.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical leadership and advisory to sales, tenders, and customers.
2. Serve as a technical expert for pre-sale activities and internal events.
3. Participate in customer meetings to understand requirements and environment.
4. Communicate with customer representatives to present fitting solutions.
5. Prepare technical materials, presentations, and tools to support sales and tenders.
6. Define architecture and design of solutions/services for projects.
7. Assist in timely and accurate completion of RFIs/RFPs.
8. Size solutions and contribute to pricing and lifecycle cost analysis.
9. Assess technical risks and support mitigation strategies.
10. Support sales in obtaining customer approval for technical solutions.

Qualifications:

• Electrical engineering degree.
• Experience in a technical role with sales/pre-sales/tendering background.
• Knowledge of Critical Energy and Cooling solutions.
• Experience with data center monitoring, control software, microdata centers, cooling sizing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Technical expertise in UPS and Cooling Systems.
• Leadership, team spirit, and multicultural adaptability.
• Structured, process-oriented with good planning skills.
• Motivated to handle complex projects and challenging environments.
• Languages: English required; Spanish preferred.
