Job Summary

The Adobe Multi-Solution Architect (MSA) will design, configure, test, and deploy Adobe solutions, including Real Time CDP, Launch, Analytics, Target, and Experience Manager. Collaboration with marketing, IT, developers, and end users is essential to build state-of-the-art implementations for large clients.

Responsibilities

1. Assess and audit existing digital ecosystems, recommending optimizations aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
2. Design multi-channel architecture diagrams and documentation to support recommendations.
3. Create 2-4-year digital marketing roadmaps based on deep audience segment understanding to enhance personalization and targeting.
4. Assist with project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline formulation.
5. Oversee delivery of top-tier multi-channel digital solutions.
6. Recommend management and governance policies within client constraints.
7. Implement testing strategies to validate specifications.
8. Define success metrics and key performance objectives.
9. Engage with technical and leadership teams throughout projects.
10. Share knowledge via blog posts, whitepapers, and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. 8-10 years of engineering experience.
2. 4+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions: Analytics, Launch, Target, Real Time CDP.
3. 4+ years architecting complex digital marketing solutions across various channels for large environments.
4. Experience with project estimation, scope, and timelines in pre-sales or migration contexts.
5. Proficiency in client-side, server-side, and API-based solutions.
