Job Summary

As an Adobe Workfront Solutions Consultant, you will understand client requirements and configure Adobe Workfront accordingly. You will serve as a subject matter expert, providing consulting, training, and support to enable clients to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and improve efficiency using Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business processes and requirements.
• Design customized Adobe Workfront solutions aligning with strategic objectives.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, including configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Train clients and internal teams, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Identify and record Key Performance Indicators.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Post-implementation, assess solution effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and support teams to ensure seamless client experience.
• Stay updated on Adobe Workfront features, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 7–10+ years in client-facing solutions consulting.
• At least 3 years working with Adobe Workfront (implementation, configuration, consulting).
• Expertise in Adobe Workfront Project Manager, Fusion, and API capabilities.
• Strong understanding of workflows, reporting, and dashboards in Adobe Workfront.
