Within the Solutions division of Orange Business, the Solution Architect plays a key role in the Bid Process, being responsible for the Solution Design of all opportunities in the region. As a Solution Architect, you will be central to our Pre-Sales and Bid pursuit cycle, adhering to strict timelines to qualify, design, and cost solutions that meet customer requirements within budget.
Technical background in Cloud, Cloud Networking with proven experience and solid knowledge of the Cloud domain.
Proven track record of customer-facing activity. The role requires the ability to present and defend solutions in front of both sales teams and customers. Ability to drive the solution design process, working with multiple stakeholders globally, under time pressure, following established processes and procedures, and demonstrating notable influence without authority.
Capable of working independently, a team player, customer-centric, with strong business acumen.
Able to perform excellently under time constraints to deliver quality work.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in the IT and Telecom industry.
The position involves dedicating 10% of time to upskilling and knowledge enhancement through training and events in the domain.
