The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Software Engineer. You will integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate daily with their designers and engineers.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Strong experience with PHP for backend development.
• Experience with schema design, query optimization, and indexing in MariaDB.
• Experience working with JSON for data exchange and API integration.
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Proven ability in end-to-end project ownership.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Background in supporting client-facing applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Experience creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience working on large, complex systems.
• Strong ownership mentality and dedication to delivering quality work.
• Ability to align with client goals and meet commitments.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
