The Opportunity

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Four-year college degree.
• Strong experience with PHP backend development.
• Experience with schema design, query optimization, and MariaDB.
• Experience with JSON, API integration.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Metabase.
• Proven project ownership ability.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Background in client-facing applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and contribute to libraries.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.
• Attention to detail, positive attitude.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ownership mindset and commitment to goals.
• Availability to work 40 hours/week.
