Hexa Consulting is seeking talented Software Development Engineers for permanent, long-term roles with our clients in Portugal. We welcome Backend, Frontend or Full-Stack developers who are open to relocation to Portugal. Most opportunities follow a hybrid model, with remote and on-site options depending on the project.

All candidates must be based in Portugal before start date and legally eligible to work. Brazil-based applicants are encouraged to apply and manage relocation independently.

Portugal (Relocation Required) | Primarily Hybrid, with Remote and On-site Opportunities

Work Model

Most of our opportunities follow a hybrid work model, combining remote work with office presence. Fully remote and on-site positions may also be available, depending on the specific client and project. All opportunities require candidates to be based in Portugal.

Relocation to Portugal

• Candidates currently living in Brazil are welcome to apply.
• The entire recruitment and interview process can take place remotely while you are still in Brazil.
• Candidates must be physically located in Portugal and legally authorized to work in the country before their employment start date.
• Hexa Consulting does not provide visa sponsorship, immigration assistance or relocation support.
• All necessary immigration procedures, travel arrangements and relocation expenses must be managed independently by the candidate.

Mandatory Requirements

• Professional experience in Backend, Frontend or Full-Stack Software Development.
• Practical experience with at least one of the technologies or development ecosystems listed below.
• Good spoken English, allowing effective communication in an international professional environment.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to Portugal.
• Ability to independently obtain any required visa, residence permit or work authorization for Portugal.
• Availability to be physically based in Portugal before starting employment.
• Openness to hybrid working arrangements, with the possibility of remote or on-site opportunities depending on the project.
