fonio in Campinas seeks a hands-on Social Media Lead to own Brazil's social presence end to end, from strategy and copy to production and posting. You’ll drive awareness for our AI phone agents to SMBs, starting on Instagram and LinkedIn, crafting stories from real use cases.

You’ll write, shoot, edit and publish without relying on agencies, build the Brazilian playbook, coordinate freelancers, and collaborate with performance marketing to convert bold content into demos.

Qualificações

• 3+ years creating social content for B2B brands.
• Fully hands-on: you write, shoot, edit and publish yourself.
• Native Brazilian Portuguese with a great ear for tone.
• Strong English, non-negotiable.
• Analytical: you look at what performed and test again.
• Curious about AI and its space.
• High ownership and quick feedback loops.

The Role

You own fonio's social presence in Brazil, end to end. Strategy, ideas, copy, production, editing, posting. Instagram is where we start. LinkedIn comes right after, including building personal brand content for our leaders here. Wherever else our audience actually pays attention, you make the call and we go. We sell to businesses that run on the phone: clinics, agencies, dealerships, condo administrators, insurance brokers. Thousands of calls, often with no big IT team, and plenty of doubt about whether AI can really handle a customer on the line. Some of them have never seriously considered it. Most of the ones who have are skeptical. Your job is to turn that skepticism into curiosity, and curiosity into a demo request. You'll be the first social hire in Brazil, which means you're building the playbook, not inheriting one.

What you'll do

• Own our Brazilian social channels from strategy to publishing: formats, copy, production, editing, community
• Build content that travels: saves, shares and comments from people who actually buy, not vanity reach
• Turn product and customers into stories: real use cases, real calls, real businesses
• Build fonio's voice on LinkedIn, including personal brand content for our leaders in Brazil, so we own the conversation about voice AI here
• Brief and coordinate freelancers, editors and creators when we need extra hands. Occasional, not the core of the job
• Work alongside performance marketing on creative that converts, and know when you're making brand content and when you're making an ad
• Contribute across the rest of marketing: webinars, email, launches, campaign ideas and whatever we need to grow

What you bring

• 3+ years creating social content, ideally B2B or for a brand that had to make an unglamorous category interesting
• Fully hands-on: you write, shoot, edit and publish yourself. You don't need an agency or a studio to ship
• Native Brazilian Portuguese with a great ear for tone: casual, human, never corporate filler
• Strong English, non-negotiable. Most of the company sits in Vienna
• Analytical: you look at what performed, form a hypothesis, and test again
• Genuinely curious about AI and where this space is going, not just following it from a distance
• High ownership and short feedback loops. You bring ideas instead of waiting for briefs
• Comfortable being bold in public. You've made something that got attention and you know the difference between bold and cringe

Nice to have

• Video editing and motion skills
• Experience producing creative for paid social
• Experience building personal brands on LinkedIn
