Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks an SLS Technical Specialist to provide advanced technical expertise at customer sites in the Food & Beverage sector. You will lead investigations, support strategic opportunities, and collaborate with commercial teams to improve product quality, productivity, and sustainability, on-site in Diadema, SP.

This role reports to the SLS Director, travels up to 50% domestically and internationally, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in technical, applications, process engineering, quality, or customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical evaluations, investigations, trials, and validation activities at customer sites.
• Provide filtration and process expertise to customers and the commercial team.
• Independently manage complex technical projects from opportunity qualification through implementation.
• Deliver technical presentations, customer training, and workshops.
• Act as a technical mentor and resource for colleagues across the region.

SLS Technical Specialist

The position is customer-facing, providing advanced technical expertise, leading on-site investigations, supporting strategic opportunities, and collaborating with commercial teams to help customers improve product quality, productivity, and sustainability. This position will be working across breweries, beverage, dairy, protein, and other Food & Beverage applications, as a trusted advisor to customers while contributing directly to business growth and customer success.

This position reports to the SLS Director and is part of the Food & Beverage team located in Diadema, São Paulo and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Lead technical evaluations, investigations, trials, and validation activities at customer sites.
• Provide filtration and process expertise to customers and the commercial organization.
• Independently manage complex technical projects from opportunity qualification through implementation.
• Deliver technical presentations, customer training, and workshops.
• Act as a technical mentor and resource for colleagues across the region.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical, applications, process engineering, quality, or customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel – 50%

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

• Experience supporting breweries, beverages, dairy, protein, or adjacent Food & Beverage markets.
• Knowledge of filtration, separation, clarification, membrane, or bioprocess technologies.
• Drives customer satisfaction and business growth through technical excellence.
