Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a SLS Technical Specialist for the Food & Beverage team in Diadema, São Paulo. The role focuses on on-site technical support, leading investigations, and delivering training to enhance product quality and customer success.

The candidate will apply filtration and bioprocess knowledge across breweries, beverages, dairy, protein, and related markets, while traveling up to 50% and supporting regional commercial teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical, applications, process engineering, quality, or customer-facing roles.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

The SLS Technical Specialist is responsible for the customer-facing role, provide advanced technical expertise, lead on-site investigations, support strategic opportunities, and collaborate with commercial teams to help customers improve product quality, productivity, and sustainability. This position will be working across breweries, beverage, dairy, protein, and other Food & Beverage applications, as a trusted advisor to customers while contributing directly to business growth and customer success. This position reports to the SLS Director and is part of the Food & Beverage team located in Diadema, São Paulo and will be an on-site role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical, applications, process engineering, quality, or customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Travel

Ability to travel – 50%.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting breweries, beverages, dairy, protein, or adjacent Food & Beverage markets.
• Knowledge of filtration, separation, clarification, membrane, or bioprocess technologies.
• Drives customer satisfaction and business growth through technical excellence.
