Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Controller Brazil in Diadema to lead Brazilian accounting and reporting under BR GAAP and US GAAP. You will supervise finance activities, coordinate SAP processes, and ensure tax compliance while supporting cost control and profit improvement.

This is an on-site role with travel ~20%. Reporting to the Regional Controller, you will manage a finance team and interact with the Finance & Accounting Department to deliver timely statutory reports

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 10–15 years in US GAAP Accounting, Finance/Costs and Inventory.
• 3–5 years managing a finance team.
• Knowledge of SAP and SAP PS module.
• Internal controls, SOX and audit support experience.

The Controller Brazil is responsible for providing controllership and leadership in accordance with US GAAP and BR GAAP, for all accounting and associated reporting activities for Pall do Brasil entity and its businesses. This position reports to the Regional Controller and is part of the Finance & Accounting Department located in Diadema Site. This position will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Acts as Brazil Accounting responsible (local statutory requirements), including Accounting and Fiscal Reports to the Government. Manage BRGAAP and USGAAP accounting closing, monthly statutory reports and Financial Reporting process via OneStream (OS).
• Monitor Center Finance Services: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax and Treasury, coordinating local processes in Brazil and coordination with local team.
• Coordinate SAP implementation project or developments as needed. Ex. Brazil tax reform
• Interprets financially operating results and make specific recommendations, which will result in cost reductions and profit improvement.
• Responsible for Direct and Indirect Taxes compliance according to local legislation. Experience with local statutory requirements and Brazil tax reform requirements.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• BS degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related areas. Post-graduation desired.
• From 10 to 15 years of increased responsibilities and professional experience in US GAAP Accounting, Finance/Costs and Inventory areas; At least 3 to 5 years managing finance team.
• Knowledge of SAP required and module Project Systems (PS).
• Well organized and be able to handle several multi-tasks simultaneously;
• Internal controls, SOX skills and internal audit support;

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Travel availability (~20%).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• BR GAAP and US GAAP accounting knowledge with active CRC (CPA is a plus);
