FLSmidth is seeking a Site Support Engineer in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, to provide on-site technical support for pumps, cyclones, valves and related equipment at mining sites. You will supervise installation, commissioning, maintenance and rebuilds, diagnose failures and issue detailed service reports.

The role requires strong communication with customers and cross-functional teams, travel within Brazil and internationally, and a commitment to safety and high-quality service.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of field service experience in mining or heavy industry.
• Knowledge of pumps, cyclones, valves or mineral processing equipment.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, manuals and technical documentation.
• Travel frequently within country/region and internationally when required.

Short department description

You will join our Pumps, Cyclones & Valves (PCV) team, delivering OEM service, parts and technical support to mining and mineral processing customers.

Your responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for pumps, cyclones, valves and related equipment.
• Supervise equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance and rebuilds.
• Diagnose failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

What you bring
