MAXBOND SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Safety Coordinator to lead daily toolbox meetings, perform site safety inspections, and coordinate safety inductions for all on-site staff.

You will monitor compliance with in-house rules, promptly rectify unsafe conditions, assist the WSHO with safety activities, and investigate incidents to implement preventive countermeasures.

Qualificações

• Minimum WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace, Safety and Health (Level A) as stipulated in the Singapore Ministry of Manpower's accepted WSH-related qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years safety coordination in construction industry.
• Certification in Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course.
• Strong observation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Able to start work at short notice or immediately.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor risk assessment compliance and report to WSHE Coordinator for any non-compliance.
• Review, conduct incident/accident investigations and provide recommendations for countermeasures to prevent recurrence of accidents.
