Baker Hughes is seeking a Sourcing Leader in Brazil to define and implement sourcing strategies that create value and improve supplier performance. You will partner with internal teams to deliver cost efficiency and strong contractual outcomes.

You will bring 5+ years in sourcing, team leadership experience, and fluency in Portuguese and English to drive supplier relationships in the oil and gas sector.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years in Sourcing Management and Strategic Procurement.
• Experience leading teams.
• Previous oil and gas industry experience.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication in Portuguese and English.
• Knowledge of ERP/Oracle or SAP systems.

As a Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that support business objectives while ensuring the best commercial and contractual outcomes with suppliers. In this role, you will partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and customer satisfaction.

As a Sourcing Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Define and improve Sourcing strategies at business or plant level
• May also include management of regional & business teams
• Understand broader concepts, development of approaches and methods, and knowledge management
• Solutions integrate multi-functional impact and perspective
• Developed influencing skills to achieve objectives, strong influencing of others
• Ability to develop team members
• Deliver professional work
• Handles professional work in the department
• Employees are expected to choose approaches and methods to solve cases

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing Management and Strategic Procurement
• Have team management experience
• Have previous experience in the oil and gas industry
• Have strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent Portuguese and English skills
• Have knowledge of ERP/Oracle or SAP systems
