Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Services Senior Manager - Functional Mgmt to lead strategic programs and manage cross-functional initiatives in Brazil. You will present product and program strategies to senior leaders, define approaches for client customization, and coordinate complex medium-term projects with multiple stakeholders while driving urgency and results.

• Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Functional Management.

Responsabilidades

• Presents product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads across Baker Hughes.
• Handles complex medium term project processes and defines approaches for client needs.
• Coordinates involvement of multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver on important business unit clients.
• Travels as needed to engage with clients and internal teams to align on priorities and drive results.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

Presents product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads across Baker Hughes. Handles complex medium term project processes. Department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs. Handles important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
