ASIA LOUNGE PTE. LTD. is seeking staff to provide friendly, professional service in the lounge. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment according to standards.

Applicants should be able to work a 6-day roster including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided to cover F&B basics and guest care.

Qualificações

• Prior F&B or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work well in a team; rosters include weekends and public holidays.
• Training will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Clear and reset tables and maintain lounge cleanliness.
• Attend to guest requests and enquiries.
• Assist with food and beverage replenishment.
• Handle basic cashiering or order-taking duties where required.
• Maintain service, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Perform other service duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
