ISS FACILITY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Brazil's Norte region is seeking a customer-facing events hospitality professional. You will welcome guests, escort to seats, set up venues, and assist VIP arrivals, ensuring high service standards throughout events.

Responsibilities include coordinating arrivals/departures, answering queries, delivering beverages, ensuring proper labelling and refrigeration, liaising with housekeeping, and troubleshooting AV setup.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming customers in a courteous and prompt manner, greet and escort to reserved seats
• Setting up for events including tear down after events
• Review arrival list for VIPs and those with special requests
• Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of VIPs
• Provide full assistance to customers concerning general queries at the lounge
• Anticipate customers’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
• Deliver the highest quality and service standards to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages
• Ensure drink recipes and procedures are clearly followed
• Ensure proper labelling, dating and refrigeration of food items
• Furnish clients with above and beyond service to ensure a memorable and genuine experience
• Expect and react promptly to customers’ requirements and inquiries
• Review, monitor and resolve all customers’ requests, feedbacks and issues pertaining to service standards and communicate information to all relevant departments
• Liaise with Housekeeping/cleaners to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of work area
• Ensure all customers’ incidents are updated in the profile for records and future references
• Ensure meeting rooms and event space are user ready (AV working, connecting cables, chairs in place, remote control batteries, whiteboard markers/dusters)
• First line of troubleshooting for room or AV set up issues at event venue
