• Ensure invoicing aligns with contractual requirements to support cash collection.
• Monitor service delivery performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support Service Delivery Manager and Job Center usage.

Summary

The Service Delivery Coordinator - Completions, ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes execute the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

• Have extensive experience in the coordination of Completion and Wellbore Intervention and applications.
• Have bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Demonstrate previous experience in coordination positions in Completion and Wellbore Intervention operations.
• Be able to fluently speak and write in portuguese, desirable and advanced English.
• Demonstrate ability to solve Problem.
• Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.

You will be responsible for:

• Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment.
• Conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
• Ensuring assigned contracts and quotations are fully understood and leveraged to maximize business value.
• Coordinating, monitoring, and technically reviewing all job activities in line with the Manage the Job Cycle (MTJC) process, ensuring operational, equipment, and personnel readiness.
• Responsible for scheduling and dispatching resources in line with job requirements.
• Serving as the primary client contact for planning, execution, closeout, and technical support activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success for Baker Hughes.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of the assigned client's contract and ensuring the appropriate process is followed whenever there is a risk of not meeting client objectives.
• Promptly escalating issues that may impact service delivery.
• Ensuring invoicing aligns with contractual and commercial requirements, avoiding revenue leakage and supporting timely cash collection.
• Monitoring service delivery performance metrics and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Supporting the Service Delivery Manager in executing activities within the Manage the Job Cycle process and ensuring effective use of Job Center.
• Supporting Technical Peer Reviews.
