Historic Hotel Bethlehem is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support the dining team and enhance guest experiences. You will help servers, greet guests, and ensure tables are reset and presented with meals, while assisting with room service when needed.

Ideal candidates value teamwork, have a warm appearance, and can work weekends and holidays. Training is provided to help you grow within a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.

Position Summary

Our Server Assistants are the key to exceeding our guest experience. The Server Assistant helps the servers with interacting with the guests, re-setting tables, presenting meals to the guests and assisting with room service.

If you have never worked in restaurants, or are looking for a great way to start working, our managers will take the time to train you and give you the abilities to not only exceed at this position but skills that can be used as you grow in your career.

If you want to make a difference in a fast-paced, high-end, team-oriented restaurant then this is the position for you.
