The Boathouse Restaurant, part of the Kennebunkport Resort Collection, is seeking a motivated Food Runner to join our front-of-house team in Kennebunkport, ME. You will help deliver dishes promptly and accurately, acting as the link between the kitchen and guests to ensure a stellar dining experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver food from the kitchen to tables promptly and accurately.
• Ensure dishes are delivered to the correct tables and guests.

• During peak hours, assist servers with bussing tables, delivering glassware to the bar, and rolling silverware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and running stations.
• Answer guest questions or redirect to the appropriate team member.

The Boathouse Restaurant, is seeking a motivated and energetic Food Runner to join our front-of-house team. The Boathouse Restaurant is the liveliest gathering place in Kennebunkport, mixing creative craft cocktails with fresh Maine flavors and great times on the Kennebunk River.

As a Food Runner, youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by ensuring that every dish is presented promptly and accurately. If youre passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with a close-knit team, wed love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food from the kitchen to tables
• Ensure accuracy of dishes being delivered to the correct tables and guests
• Communicating with kitchen to act as a liaison between the front of house and kitchen staff, relaying any special requests or modifications to ensure customer preferences are met
• During peak/busy hours, occasionally helping servers with bussing tables, bringing glassware to the bar, and rolling silverware
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and food running stations
• Answer guest questions or refer them to the appropriate team member
