BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to own configuration, enhancements, and annual events across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. You’ll collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable Workday setups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Workday HCM.
• Strong experience with Workday Compensation and Benefits configuration.
• Experience with Workday Report Writer and custom dashboards.
• Experience with Workday security administration and business process configuration.
• Experience with Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Senior Workday HCM Analyst at BairesDev

In this role, you'll own ongoing Workday configuration, enhancements, and annual events such as merit cycles and open enrollment across Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. Working directly with HR, Payroll, Finance, and international stakeholders, you'll translate real business requirements into Workday configuration that actually works.
