Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a seasoned Workday Consultant to implement and optimize Workday HCM and Financials modules for multinational clients. You will design and configure integrations, ensuring secure data flow and scalable architecture across systems.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, translate requirements, and deliver best-practice Workday solutions while working remotely with a global Top 1% team and clients in diverse industries.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant or similar HCM/Financials technical role.
• Proven expertise in implementing and configuring Workday HCM or Financials modules.
• Proficiency in developing complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Strong skills in Calculated Fields and Workday security model.
• Hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, and web services (SOAP/REST).
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Workday HCM or Financials modules.
• Architect and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
• Design advanced Calculated Fields and manage the Workday security model to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Facilitate seamless data flow between Workday and third-party systems through XML, XSLT, and web services.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business objectives into scalable technical architectures.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
