Ascendum Solutions in Brazil seeks a senior UI designer to mentor a LATAM team and define visual direction for roll-out. You will develop and maintain design systems, advocate user-centered design with clients, and contribute to strategic UX planning. Strong Figma mastery and client-facing communication are essential.

You will lead design reviews, work on complex projects, and ensure accessibility and best practices across interfaces. Curio Figma etiquette must be followed for all files.

Qualificações

• Proven UI design experience with web and mobile interfaces.
• Strong portfolio showing design systems and components.
• Ability to translate business needs into user-friendly interfaces.

• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface mockups, and developer specification
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals/deadline
• Ability to explain design methodology used in UI design
• Apply directed feedback from clients and/or senior team member
• Be able to create Figma components and add them to an existing design system
• Ensuring designs are accessible and meet usability standard
