Ascendum Solutions Brazil is seeking a senior UI Designer to mentor designers, set visual direction for roll-outs, and develop design systems that scale across projects.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, conduct user research, create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and ensure accessibility and usability across platforms.

Qualificações

• Experience with Figma-based design systems.
• Strong understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Familiarity with Google Material design.
• Solid knowledge of web design best practices.
• Awareness of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Ability to present design concepts clearly.
• Excellent client communication skills.

Searching for LATAM designers, Brazil

• Mentor other UI Designers
• Create and set a visual direction for roll-out
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guide
• Advocate for user-centered design with the client
• Contribute to the strategic vision for the user experience
• Lead design reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Working on more complex and strategic project
• Often involved in project planning and scoping
• Deep understanding of advanced Figma concept
• Client communication for issues and clarification
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholder
• Follow Curio's Figma Etiquette for all files
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and user feedback
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface mockups, and developer specification
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals/deadline
• Ability to explain design methodology used in UI design
• Apply directed feedback from clients and/or senior team member
• Be able to create Figma components and add them to an existing design system
• Ensuring designs are accessible and meet usability standard
• Understanding of industry best practice
• Follow Curio's (Ascendum’s digital studio)Figma Etiquette for all files
