Jobgether partner in Brazil is seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to shape user-centered digital products within a multidisciplinary team. You will own design challenges from discovery through prototyping, delivery, and post-launch iteration, collaborating with product, engineering, and research to translate user insights into impactful experiences.

You will contribute to design systems, maintain visual consistency, and ensure high-quality handoffs.

Qualificações

• Proven professional experience designing successful digital products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles including user research, personas, and journeys.
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, XD).
• Hands-on interactive prototype creation using Figma, InVision, Origami, Axure, or similar.
• Solid visual design foundations: typography, color, layout, composition.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer based in Brazil.

This role offers the opportunity to shape intuitive, user-centered digital products within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
You will take ownership of design challenges from early discovery and research through prototyping, delivery, and post-launch iteration.
Working closely with product, engineering, and research teams, you will translate user insights and business needs into impactful experiences.
Your work will influence both the quality of digital products and measurable business and user outcomes.
You will contribute to design systems, visual consistency, usability, and high-quality development handoffs.
The role combines hands-on design execution with strategic collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Accountabilities

• Define UX and design requirements in partnership with product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders.
• Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, interface specifications, and other UX deliverables to communicate design solutions effectively.
• Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating findings into actionable design insights.
• Develop personas, customer journeys, and other research-based artifacts to support user-centered decision-making.
• Design intuitive interfaces and interactive prototypes that help validate concepts, gather feedback, and align stakeholders.
• Own design problems end-to-end, from initial concept and discovery through development handoff, launch, and post-release improvements.
• Ensure consistency across digital experiences by applying established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Partner closely with engineers to provide clear specifications, documentation, and design assets for efficient implementation.
• Identify opportunities where design can improve user experiences, product performance, and broader business outcomes.
• Facilitate collaborative discussions, workshops, and design sessions that help teams reach decisions and align priorities.
• Present design concepts and recommendations using clear verbal and visual storytelling tailored to different stakeholder audiences.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing technical constraints, business priorities, and product objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of design practices, processes, and the quality of delivered digital experiences.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience designing successful digital products and services, ideally in a mid-level UX, UI/UX, or Product Design capacity.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, including user research, personas, customer journeys, usability testing, and insight synthesis.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Principle, or comparable platforms.
• Hands‑on experience creating interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, InVision, Origami, Axure, or similar.
• Solid visual design foundations, including typography, color theory, layout, composition, and interface design.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct user research and usability testing and turn findings into practical design decisions.
• Experience producing clear design specifications and documentation for engineering handoff.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across product, engineering, research, and business teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend design decisions clearly.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a user-focused approach to solving complex problems.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and delivery constraints.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS is an advantage for effective collaboration with development teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops or cross‑functional design sessions is a plus.
• Strong visual/interface design, information design, storytelling, and stakeholder presentation skills are considered valuable differentiators.
