EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead Functional Tester for a large-scale e-commerce project spanning Desktop, mWeb, iOS and Android. You will drive functional testing across front-end, back-end, and native mobile apps while mentoring a QA team.

You will contribute to automated tests and apply GenAI tools to accelerate regression, updates, and reporting in a distributed Agile setup. Strong English (B2+) is required and prior mobile/API testing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform functional testing across desktop, mobile web, native apps (iOS/Android) and back-end.
• Contribute to automated tests implementation and execution.
• Apply GenAI tools to improve velocity, regression time, script updates, reporting.
• Develop and adjust Test Strategy based on project situation.
• Write and verify defects; coordinate automation progress within the team.
• Coordinate the QA team — planning, estimation, organizing, control, and prioritization.
• Create/update Jira dashboards, collect QA stats, support production releases.
• Participate in grooming, planning, retro, daily standups, and coordinate distributed teams.

We are looking for a Lead Functional Tester to join our team working on a large-scale e-commerce project in the beauty industry. Our project focuses on the development and support of applications across Desktop, mWeb, iOS, and Android platforms, including back-end, front-end, and native mobile apps.
