Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Solution Architecture, IT Infrastructure, Information Security, or Technology Management.

Responsabilidades

Develop customized technical solutions aligned with client needs and company capabilities.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify client requirements and prepare technical proposals.

Develop customized technical solutions for clients aligned with Claranet’s capabilities and offerings;
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify client needs and develop technical proposals that meet those needs;
Design system architectures that integrate different technologies and solutions, ensuring the technical feasibility of projects;
Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions;
Prepare detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and technical specifications;
Ensure proposed solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability;
Stay up to date with new technologies and market trends, applying this knowledge to develop innovative solutions;
Provide technical support during the sales process, assisting with contract negotiations and clarifying technical questions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Solution Architecture, IT Infrastructure, Information Security, or Technology Management.
Cloud Computing: Proficiency in architectures on Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
Virtualization and Containers: Experience with VMware, Hyper‑V, Docker, Kubernetes;
Network Infrastructure: Knowledge of LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, firewalls, VPN, load balancers;
Operating Systems: Advanced administration of Windows Server, Linux, and hybrid environments;
Monitoring and Management: Tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, SolarWinds;
Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Use of Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bash;
Information Security: Knowledge of Zero Trust, IAM, SIEM, NAC, Backup & Recovery;
Desirable certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or VMware VCP.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in developing customized technical solutions, system architecture design, and cloud computing across platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Proficient in virtualization, network infrastructure, and information security best practices, ensuring scalable and secure solutions for clients.
