Dev.Pro in Brazil is seeking a Senior System Analyst to join a complex fintech project for a leading global financial infrastructure provider. You will bridge business analysis and system analysis, collaborating with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data teams to define effective solutions.

You will contribute to asset tokenization platform development, work with data architecture concepts, and help shape requirements and prioritization in an agile, remote-first environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong technical background with system analysis experience.

We invite a Senior System Analyst to join our team and work on a complex fintech project for a leading global financial services infrastructure provider. You'll contribute to the development and enhancement of a flexible asset tokenization platform with robust smart contract capabilities. You’ll work at the intersection of business analysis and system analysis, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data engineering teams to understand requirements and define effective solutions.

Is that you?

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Strong technical background with solid experience in system analysis
• Experience working closely with data engineering teams
• Understanding of data architecture concepts, including data lakes and data warehouses
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis and investigation
• Experience analyzing, documenting, managing, and prioritizing business and system requirements
• Strong understanding of Business Analysis practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of autonomy and proactivity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage challenging stakeholder relationships
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level

• Experience in fintech or financial services

Key responsibilities and your contribution

• Set up and enhance the process of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, ensuring clear and standards-compliant project specifications
• Act as the main point of communication with product stakeholders, assisting in feature prioritization and managing requested changes
• Serve as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication with the development team
• Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring their productivity for effective collaboration and promptly resolving/escalating blockers
• Create and maintain relevant project-related documentation, including visualizing developed solution workflows through diagrams
