Dev.Pro, a US-based outsourced software development company with a remote-first culture, seeks a Senior System Analyst to join our global team and work on a complex fintech project. You’ll bridge business analysis and system analysis, collaborating with data engineering and software teams to define effective solutions.

You’ll contribute to a tokenization platform with blockchain capabilities while engaging stakeholders across distributed teams and international contexts.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong technical background with solid experience in system analysis.
• Experience working closely with data engineering teams.
• Understanding of data architecture concepts, including data lakes and data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries for data analysis.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, managing, and prioritizing requirements.
• Strong understanding of BA practices, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in fintech or financial services and blockchain projects.
• Experience working in international, distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and enhance the process of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Act as the main point of communication with product stakeholders and manage changes.
• Serve as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders to the development team.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure productive collaboration and blocker resolution.
• Create and maintain project documentation and visualize solution workflows with diagrams.

We invite a Senior System Analyst to join our team and work on a complex fintech project for a leading global financial services infrastructure provider. You’ll contribute to the development and enhancement of a flexible asset tokenization platform with robust smart contract capabilities. You’ll work at the intersection of business analysis and system analysis, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, and data engineering teams, to understand requirements and define effective solutions.

In this role, you’ll use your knowledge and skills to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the development process, enhancing the overall quality and effectiveness of the team’s blockchain projects.

• Set up and enhance the process of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, ensuring clear and standards-compliant project specifications
• Act as the main point of communication with product stakeholders, assisting in feature prioritization and managing requested changes
• Serve as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication with the development team
• Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring their productivity for effective collaboration and promptly resolving/escalating blockers
• Create and maintain relevant project-related documentation, including visualizing developed solution workflows through diagrams
