Jobtailor in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an experienced SRE/DevOps Platform Engineer to design, implement, and evolve scalable cloud platforms with a focus on reliability, security, and automation. You will build CI/CD pipelines, manage Terraform IaC, and operate Kubernetes environments.

You will drive observability with Prometheus and Grafana, define SLIs/SLOs, analyze incidents, and support development teams in FinOps and DevSecOps practices, using AI tools to accelerate productivity.

Qualificações

• Strong experience as an SRE, Senior DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer.
• Experience with AWS in production environments.
• Kubernetes and Docker.
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Linux and automation with Bash and/or Python.
• Observability/monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Log management with ELK/OpenSearch.
• Networking, security, and cloud architecture concepts.
• Automation of infra, deployments, and operations.
• SRE practices: availability, SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, incident mgmt.
• Collaboration with developers on performance/reliability issues.
• AI tools for development/ops (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Preferred: FinOps, Open Finance/Open Banking, Kafka, Helm, Argo CD, service mesh Istio.
• Preferred: GitOps, internal platforms, HA/DR, capacity planning.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and evolve cloud platforms with reliability, scalability, and security.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and promote automation.
• Provision and manage infrastructure with Terraform and IaC.

• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics.
• Analyze incidents, conduct RCAs, and prevent recurring issues.
• Support development teams in cloud, observability, performance, and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvements in security and resilience.
• Evolve reusable platform standards and components.
• Contribute to DevSecOps and FinOps practices.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate productivity, automation, troubleshooting, and development.

• Design, implement, and evolve cloud platforms and environments with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security


• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, promoting automation and standardization across delivery processes


• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)


• Administer and evolve Kubernetes environments


• Automate deployment, provisioning, configuration, and operational processes


• Implement and evolve monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions


• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and reliability metrics


• Analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and conduct RCAs (Root Cause Analyses)


• Help prevent incidents and reduce recurring issues


• Support development teams in adopting best practices for cloud, observability, performance, and reliability


• Evolve reusable platform standards and components


• Drive continuous improvements in the security and resilience of environments


• Identify opportunities to automate and reduce manual operational activities

Requirements

• Strong experience as an SRE, Senior DevOps Engineer, or Platform Engineer


• Experience with AWS in production environments


• Kubernetes and Docker


• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)


• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins


• Linux and automation with Bash and/or Python


• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar technologies


• Log management and analysis using ELK, OpenSearch, or similar technologies


• Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture concepts


• Experience automating infrastructure, deployments, and operational processes


• Knowledge of SRE practices, including availability, reliability, SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, and incident management


• Experience working with development teams to identify and resolve performance, availability, and reliability issues


• Hands-on experience using AI tools for development and/or operations, such as Kiro, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar tools is required


• Preferred: Experience in the financial services industry


• Preferred: Knowledge of Open Finance / Open Banking
