Jobtailor seeks a seasoned DevOps/SRE to manage multi-cloud infrastructure in AWS and GCP, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and enforce cloud security best practices. You will implement IaC, leverage observability tools, and collaborate with product teams to promote scalable, automated pipelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining GitLab infra, building secure pipelines, and driving incidents diagnosis with AI-assisted tooling in a fintech-friendly environment.

Qualificações

• Hands-on multi-cloud experience with AWS and GCP, including ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3.
• Experience with GitLab/GitHub CI/CD and automated pipelines.
• Knowledge of observability using centralized logging and metrics tools.
• IaC experience with Terraform and CloudFormation or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Generative AI as a productivity tool for DevOps activities.

• Administer, provision, and optimize infrastructure across AWS and GCP environments.
• Maintain and enhance the GitLab infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain efficient and secure continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Use AI assistants and tools to optimize scripts, automate IaC, diagnose incidents, and create documentation.
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, metrics, and tracing tools.
• Ensure visibility into application health and proactively anticipate failures.
• Apply Cloud Security practices, including IAM, hardening, encryption, and compliance.
• Automate operational routines and manage infrastructure as code.
• Ensure infrastructure traceability and standardization.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to promote best practices.

• Administer, provision, and optimize infrastructure across AWS and GCP environments, ensuring performance, resilience, and overall environment health
• Maintain and enhance the GitLab infrastructure
• Develop and maintain efficient and secure continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Use AI assistants and tools such as Kiro, Amazon Q, Claude, and ChatGPT to optimize scripts, automate IaC, diagnose incidents, and create documentation
• Implement and manage monitoring, logging, metrics, and tracing tools
• Ensure visibility into application health and proactively anticipate failures
• Apply Cloud Security practices, including identity and access management, hardening, encryption, and compliance
• Automate operational routines and manage infrastructure as code
• Ensure infrastructure traceability and standardization
• Work closely with product and development teams, promoting autonomy in the use of pipelines and infrastructure best practices

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Multi-Cloud environments (AWS and GCP), working with services such as ECS, EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, ElastiCache (Redis), GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage
• Experience with GitLab, GitHub, and CI/CD, including the creation, optimization, and maintenance of automated pipelines
• Knowledge of observability, using monitoring, metrics, and centralized logging tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, and Elastic
• Knowledge of Cloud Security, applying SecOps and DevSecOps best practices
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools
• Practical use of Generative AI as a productivity tool for DevOps, infrastructure, and development activities
• AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications are a plus
• Previous experience in the financial sector, fintech, or regulated markets is a plus
• Ability to proactively identify and address performance, cost, and security bottlenecks
• Proactive approach to anticipating risks and opportunities for improvement
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on optimizing processes, infrastructure, and operational efficiency
