• Design the evolution of the solutions architecture supporting the Content Production macro-processes, from ideation and script development through pre-production, filming, editing, finishing, and delivery
• Map and keep up to date knowledge of technology solutions for production management, resource planning, scriptwriting, filming, post-production, and workflow orchestration
• Deepen and disseminate knowledge of content metadata and its benefits for discovery, recommendation, multiplatform distribution, monetization, content reuse, and archive governance
• Build and evolve capability frameworks and reference architectures aligned with Globo’s HLD vision
• Develop block, layer, and flow diagrams for the solutions and integrations within the Content Production ecosystem
• Continuously assess vendors, technology solutions, and generative AI trends applied to content production
• Track market and media industry trends and translate them into opportunities for architectural evolution
• Lead technology assessments and benchmarks, comparing internal and market solutions
• Align technology strategy and execution across content product/business teams and technology platforms
• Define the flow of information—especially content metadata—across content, distribution, monetization, and data & AI

Requirements

• Intermediate English proficiency, particularly written and spoken
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• At least some prior professional experience in Technology, with significant experience in IT architecture
• Knowledge of the main technology solutions for Content Production, including media/broadcast, production management, and scriptwriting, filming, and post-production tools
• Understanding of the Content Production macro-processes, from ideation through pre-production, production, and post-production
• Knowledge of content metadata and its role as a business enabler
• Knowledge of Globo’s solution stack for Content Production
• Experience working in media, broadcast, or audiovisual production companies
• Knowledge of story-centric architectures and metadata strategies
• Knowledge of generative AI applications across the content production lifecycle
• Ability to understand and clearly communicate complex challenges, structuring concise messages tailored to different audiences
