EPAM Systems seeks a Chief-level Full Stack Developer to drive solution architecture and hands-on delivery for an intelligent media backbone across production and distribution workflows. You will bridge application solution design with robust implementation, improving orchestration and observability to enable scalable operations.

You will lead end-to-end architecture, translate designs into executable plans, and deliver scalable platform capabilities using Python and modern full-stack

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in solution architecture within complex delivery environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience bridging design and implementation.
• Expert Python development for scripting, integrations and automation.
• Advanced full-stack engineering skills for scalable integrations.
• Deep Media & Entertainment domain knowledge across VFX, production and post-production workflows.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

• Drive hands-on implementation in Python and full-stack frameworks to deliver scalable platform capabilities

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in solution architecture and application architecture within complex delivery environments
• 2+ years of leadership experience as a technical execution lead bridging design and implementation
• Strong project delivery skills across multi-phase, multi-year programs with cross-functional stakeholders
• Expert Python development skills for scripting, integrations, and workflow automation
• Advanced full-stack engineering skills to deliver scalable integrations and customizations
• Deep Media & Entertainment domain knowledge across VFX, production, and post-production workflows
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for effective collaboration and documentation

Nice to have

• Media supply chain expertise, including production-to-distribution workflow understanding
• System-level design experience for scalable, observable platform architectures
