Jobtailor seeks a skilled Solution Architect to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions in São Paulo. You will support sales, pre-sales, and technical teams, gathering requirements to design architectures aligned with client objectives.

Responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, BOMs, SOWs, and presenting solutions to customers and internal stakeholders, aiming to minimize risk and deliver on time.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field (CS, Engineering, IS, Telecom, PM).
• Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting.
• Experience with technology integrators, partners, or solution manufacturers.
• Ability to design architectures and support the sales process.
• English reading and interaction with manufacturers.

• Translate business requirements into compliant, scalable, and competitive technology solutions
• Support sales, technical, and pre-sales teams in defining architectures, preparing proposals, and supporting solutions
• Gather, document, and analyze technical and business requirements with customers and internal stakeholders
• Design technical solutions aligned with business objectives, considering current and future IT environments
• Work with pre-sales analysts, the sales team, and technical specialists to develop solutions
• Develop and present customized solutions, detailing benefits, costs, risks, timelines, and prerequisites
• Develop projects defining products, hardware, software, licenses, and subscriptions
• Prepare BOMs and SOWs for technical and commercial proposals
• Prepare service proposals including scope, implementation stages, effort, and estimated costs
• Validate projects with the Pre-Sales team, ensuring offer composition and mitigation of technical risks
• Analyze terms of reference, RFPs, and RFIs
• Present projects and proposals to customers and internal stakeholders
• Align with sales teams on positioning and deal closure
• Follow up on post-implementation reviews and propose improvements
• Engage with manufacturers and partners regarding technical matters, discounts, approvals, and post-sales requirements
• Present results, strategies, and action plans in executive meetings
• Perform related activities as directed by the immediate manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, technical consulting, or related roles
• Experience working with technology integrators, partners, or solution manufacturers
• Experience gathering requirements, designing architectures, preparing technical proposals, and supporting the sales process
• Technical knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, data center, cloud, and IT service solutions
• Experience preparing BOMs, SOWs, technical scopes, and service proposals
• Ability to analyze technical and commercial documents, such as terms of reference, RFPs, and RFIs
• Knowledge of project management, customer service, and negotiation
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency for reading technical documentation and interacting with manufacturers
