Your Mission:

Own the top spots on Google. As a SEO Team Leader, you’ll analyze performance, spot growth opportunities, and execute winning strategies. You won’t be just another cog—you’ll be a key player driving real results.

As our SEO Team Leader, you will:

1. Develop and execute a data-driven SEO strategy that covers technical, content, and link-building aspects.
2. Conduct in-depth technical audits, optimize site structure, improve crawlability, enhance Core Web Vitals, and implement schema markup.
3. Collaborate with content teams to provide strategic SEO support, including keyword research, metadata recommendations, and optimization guidance, ensuring every article is SEO-optimized and primed to rank.
4. Develop and oversee a high-quality link-building strategy to boost domain authority and ranking positions.
5. Monitor performance metrics daily, analyze data, and provide insightful reports weekly and monthly to drive continuous improvements.
6. Analyze competitors and stay ahead of SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Work alongside a skilled team of SEOs, content writers, and developers to execute high-impact strategies.

Your profile should include :

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); Russian is a plus
• 4+ years of in-house SEO experience, ideally in competitive SERPs
• A proven track record of ranking and growing organic traffic
• Expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, log analysis, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for SEO analysis
• Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Previous SEO experience in an iGaming company is a plus.
