Our client is seeking a proactive and innovative Growth Marketing Specialist to join their team and play a key role in scaling their SaaS product. This is an exciting opportunity where your ideas will be heard, tested quickly, and refined dynamically. Asynchronous work is embraced and encouraged, allowing for flexibility and efficiency.

In this role, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels. Emphasis will be on experimentation, optimization, and scalability to drive sustainable business growth. Your primary goal will be to discover effective, repeatable methods to attract and retain customers using a data-centric approach.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Identifying target markets, developing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and setting KPIs.
  2. Campaign Execution: Managing marketing campaigns across digital channels like paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages.
  3. Lead Generation: Designing initiatives to attract qualified potential customers.
  4. Customer Acquisition: Optimizing the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversions and sign-ups.
  5. Customer Retention: Implementing strategies to retain customers and encourage upgrades.
  6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring campaign performance, extracting insights, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  7. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Continuously testing marketing approaches to maximize ROI.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and a smooth customer journey.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS growth marketing
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle
  • Experience with AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Creativity and willingness to experiment with new strategies
