Your role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Carry out activities and tasks in accordance with Allseas’ corporate objectives.
• Become familiar with and comply with the Allseas management system.
• Support and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the management system.
• Promote a safe and healthy working environment for Allseas employees and contractors working at all Allseas facilities.
• Identify areas of exposure or improvement within the department or its objectives.
• Conduct inspections and audits to diagnose the institution’s occupational health and safety (OHS) situation.
• Identify control variables related to diseases, accidents, quality of life, and the environment.
• Develop educational actions in the field of health and safety at work.
• Integrate negotiation processes. Participate in the adoption of technologies and work processes.
• Take part in investigations and analyses of work‑related accidents and recommend preventive and control measures.

Requirements

• Occupational Safety Technician certificate.
• Registered by Ministry of Labor.
• Preferred: Additional certifications or specialization in Health, Environment, or Safety Management.

Minimum Experience

• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in Occupational Health and Safety, preferably in industrial environments, heavy construction, oil & gas, or onshore projects.
• Hands‑on experience in audits, inspections, risk management, accident investigation, and implementation of preventive programs.
