Accelleron Brasil LTDA. is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) professional to drive performance and support Corporate Responsibility initiatives. This role involves developing and implementing training programs, analyzing HSE data, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of practical HSE experience, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications. The company offers various benefits, including health and dental plans, profit sharing, and a private pension plan.

Qualificações

  • 5+ years of relevant OHS/HSE practical experience, preferably in an international context.
  • National/international certificate/diploma in HSE/OHS required.
  • Good communicator, able to adapt communication to various organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001; certification as internal auditor is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Interest in mechanical environments, focusing on safety culture development.

Responsabilidades

  • Improve HSE performance and Corporate Responsibility in assigned areas.
  • Deliver HSE training and implement Group performance improvement programs.
  • Analyze HSE data and report on sustainability objectives and KPIs.
  • Assess trends and communicate legal compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate reporting on HSE performance and support Group audit programs.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) performance and Corporate Responsibility in assigned geography.
  • Support the business by applying in-depth knowledge to offer solutions and advice through delivery of Group‑wide performance improvement programs and/or Group Audit Program.
  • Deliver and deploy HSE training, audit and Group‑wide performance improvement programs to the Divisions and Local Business Units.
  • Provide analysis of HSE data within area of responsibility and report on progress on implementation of Sustainability Objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) as required.
  • Assess emerging trends and legislation in HSE and communicate relevant information on legal requirements within area of expertise and geography. Support constituent countries to operate in compliance with standards and respective legal obligations.
  • Deliver audit (as per Group Audit Program) and support follow up of improvement actions in the Local Business Units.
  • Cooperate across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance; engage with internal and external stakeholders to build commitment and credibility for the COE.
  • Contribute to driving behavioral change and continuous improvement through delivery of training and competence initiatives and expert support to the Local Business Units in line with yearly HSE plan agreed with the Business Units.
  • Support the sharing of best practice.
  • Coordinate reporting on HSE performance and support delivery of Group audit program.
  • Contribute to and/or plan and execute Health, Safety and Environment performance and Corporate Responsibility related projects; develop and report on project objectives; manage project resources such as manpower, financials and other relevant factors.
Qualifications
  • +5 years relevant OHS/HSE practical experience, with preference within an international company.
  • National/international certificate/diploma in HSE/OHS.
  • Good communicator with ability to adjust communication to different levels of the organization.
  • ISO 45001, 14001 knowledge / internal auditor certification.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Interested in working in a mechanical environment, supporting safety culture development in the workshop and customer’s site (Marine, O&G and power generation industry).
  • Good understanding of mechanical service processes and ability in identification of risk.
