Sovos is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of multinational implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes. You will coordinate resources across borders, serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, and drive successful project delivery in a dynamic global environment.

Qualificações

• You've successfully delivered enterprise software or professional services projects in software or professional services environments, ideally working with enterprise-level clients.
• You've successfully led multi-country or multi-region projects and understand the nuances of coordinating across borders and time zones.
• You're fluent in both waterfall and agile project management techniques and can adapt your approach based on project needs.
• You have a history of delivering projects on time and on budget while managing multiple assignments concurrently.
• You bring excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong customer service orientation.
• You're proficient with Microsoft Office and experienced using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, OpenAir, or comparable PSA solutions.
• You're comfortable with AI-assisted workflows and leveraging technology to optimize project delivery.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete lifecycle of global and multinational projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment across regions.
• Provide regularly scheduled updates to internal and external stakeholders, hold weekly project meetings, and manage expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Proactively manage change control using appropriate verification techniques, communicate impacts to scope and schedule, identify risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for project-related risks and issues, making confident decisions that impact outcomes and navigating complex situations.
• Manage and approve all billable time and expenses for your projects, ensuring accurate tracking against budget.
• Leverage AI tools and project management solutions to create comprehensive documentation, track progress, and optimize workflows across your portfolio.

The Role
