Razer Inc. is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee software and AI initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, risks, and budgets to deliver AI projects on scope and on budget.

The role requires strong project management experience in tech, familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and excellent stakeholder communication. Travel to Singapore may be required as part of project alignment.

• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced tech company
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com)

• Able to learn new technologies in an agile, fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage project plans including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, AI, Marketing, PR, etc.) to align and execute AI initiatives
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders, identify risks and blockers, implement mitigations
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of AI solutions meeting product requirements
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation to stay within scope
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to define and track success metrics and KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback

Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the execution of software and AI initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of AI projects, aligning with business goals. You will be responsible for driving project timelines, managing risks, and ensuring AI solutions are delivered within scope and on budget.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, AI, Marketing, PR, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of AI initiatives
• Track and report project progress to stakeholders identifying risks, blockers, and implementing mitigation strategies
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of AI solutions, ensuring they meet the product’s requirements and acceptance criteria
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring projects are executed cost-effectively and within scope
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering teams to ensure that success metrics and KPIs are well-defined and tracked according to the initiative

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications

Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a technology, product, or software development environment.
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment of a technology company.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Monday.com).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and apply them at work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and cloud-based AI deployment.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or AI-driven product development.

Education & Experience

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

Travel Requirements

• Role based in Singapore office and may require up to 1 travel trip per year.
