ST Engineering Mission Software & Services seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead defence-focused initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and within-budget delivery. You will coordinate with Solution Architect, Project Manager and Technical Lead, manage risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations across the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in project management, experience across planning, design, testing, rollout and transition to Ops, and a PMP/CITPM or Scrum Master

Qualificações

• 4–5 years of project management experience, preferably leading project teams.
• Experience across the project lifecycle: planning, requirements, design, testing, rollout and ops transition.
• Experience delivering information systems/infra projects in defence or government sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for project needs.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance and report/escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project.
• Identify and manage project risks including schedule, cost, and performance.

You will be a key technologypartner to our customers in the Defence sector to thrive on developing the next breakthrough for the defence and security of Singapore. Working closely with the Solution Architect, Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will be part of a development team to develop, test and deploy system/network infrastructure as part of an overall project implementation.

Qualities We Value

• Proven working experience with 4-5years in project management would be advantageous if leading project team.

• Experienced in all stages of the project lifecycle, e.g. planning, requirements gathering, design documentation, testing, rollout and transition to Ops.

• Experience in managing information systems/infra projects

• Possess fundamental understanding of data analytics concepts and ethical artificial intelligence

• Experience in delivering projects for the defence sector will be a plus.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / CITPM/ Scrum Master certification is a plus
