Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic Operations projects, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring and delivery within established deadlines.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes, systems and tools, including POS change projects.
• Map, review and propose improvements to operational processes, seeking simplification, increased productivity and standardization.
• Prepare schedules and action plans, tracking project performance indicators.
• Produce analyses, presentations and management reports to support decision-making.
• Interface with internal departments, suppliers, field consultants and franchisees.
• Develop procedures, flows, policies and supporting materials related to projects.
• Monitor risks, identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Support Operations leadership in managing priorities and tracking strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the network's operational standards.
