Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the Enterprise AI portfolio. You will lead cross-functional teams across developers, business stakeholders, leadership, and security, shaping AI strategies and delivering production-grade AI solutions.

You will coordinate with cloud platforms like AWS Bedrock, Claude, Google Gemini, and Vertex AI, overseeing timelines, risks, and value delivery while presenting executive status updates and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering/IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years in technology delivery across multiple teams.
• 2+ years in senior/lead/manager roles.
• Hands-on experience building generative AI and agentic solutions.
• Experience with AI cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex AI).
• Strong English communication at a C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Enterprise AI portfolio, acting as the definitive source for scope, priority, status, timelines, dependencies, risks, and ownership assignments.
• Hands-on design and construction of AI agents, assistants, and automated workflows across platforms like Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Glean, and AWS Bedrock.
• Apply AI-powered coding tools to support direct development work.
• Evaluate the technical strategy behind each incoming request, covering model choice, platform selection, and agent design.
• Facilitate portfolio planning and prioritization discussions with leadership and map capacity across internal teams and contractors.
• Construct and sustain the Enterprise AI roadmap, overseeing dependencies and risks across teams.
• Establish and report portfolio-level metrics and run QBRs with executive sponsors.
