AgileEngine seeks a Senior Platform Engineer to design and scale core infrastructure supporting rapid company growth. You will build platform services, manage AWS and Kubernetes resources, and work with service mesh technologies to keep systems secure and performant.

You will also contribute to AI-native tooling and collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on milestones, risks, and progress, driving operational excellence.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of server development in Python or TypeScript.
• 3+ years API design and development (REST/gRPC).
• 2+ years AWS and Kubernetes with service mesh experience (Istio/Linkerd/Cilium).
• 2+ years building advanced architectural components (service registry, streaming, event bus, distributed caching, federated/polyglot persistence).
• 6+ months working with LLMs, prompt engineering, harness engineering, or AIOps tooling.
• 6+ months of SDLC AI-native usage via Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar.
• Excellent communication, the ability to learn on the fly, and a desire for ownership.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to build and scale core infrastructure that supports rapid company growth. This person designs reliable platform services, manages cloud resources on AWS and Kubernetes, and works with service mesh technologies to keep systems performant and secure. Comfort with distributed architecture and AI-native development tooling rounds out the role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
